The Return of the Blogger

The title of this post is not lifted from the name of the Felicity quiz. Though why it was called "The Return of the Quiz" is beyond me. Very much like the second composition played by the Galatea Quartett. "Ecumes" was its name. As far as I can recall, it is the French word for something to do with waves. It was a totally wtf! piece of music. But the concert (organised by Goethe Zentrum, Hyderabad on Feb 12, 2008 at the ITC Grand Kakatiya) was much better than the total wtf! by the Sygnum Quartett.

This post is inspired by a major spat of activity which has occurred in my blogospherical vicinity.

To top the activity list was Rashmi Bansal's workshop at IIIT-H as part of Felicity '08. Find more about it on her blog. It was slightly disappointing to find nothing about her funny observation (Why do IIITians drink so much milk?!) in the post.

No. 2 development in the list was triggered by the aforementioned workshop. The hyper-intelligent, super talented blogger is back in action on a new URL!

My theory about joblessness and blogging was corroborated by the arrival of the Shaitan of Sialkot Sultan of Samarkand. With nothing to do and a pretty good digicam in his itching hand, he is more dangerous than a monkey with a sword.

Even Neon, broke his silence with a couple of posts.

Things to do are suddenly getting out of hand. I need to catch up.

Coming up soon: Goa and Felicity '08 posts.

Even I expected more of her IIIT-observations in Bansal's blog!

I attribute this phenomenon to a rift in the space-time continuum, more specifically in the vicinity of coordinates ([OBH], 8th sem), caused by an external, pervasive, non-inertial force commonly known as 'Bakar'.

The same phenomenon was observed exactly 365*86400 seconds ago, when all of a sudden Manish Jain and company started blogging.
